The gold gilding on the edges makes shuffling feel fancy enough that I've been leaving these out on the coffee table. Face cards being a touch friendlier is a small thing, but it genuinely makes them more fun to actually play with than my old deck.
The geometric patterns on the card backs are so vivid they almost seem to ripple when you fan them out, and the gold edging adds just enough luxury without feeling gaudy. The face cards have a warmth to their traditional design that makes them a real conversation starter during game night.
