The gilded page edges catch the light every time I open it, which makes jotting down my morning pages feel like a small ritual. Paper's thick enough that my fountain pen doesn't bleed through. Bought one for myself and immediately ordered two more as gifts.
I was nervous about giving this as a gift, but the foil on the spine caught the light so beautifully that I almost kept it for myself. The endpapers are vividly colorful too, which makes the whole book feel special before you even open it.
