My 8-year-old has been glued to this since it arrived, especially the pages on drawing animals in motion. The 32-page length is just right for her attention span, and she's already filled a sketchbook with running horses.
I picked this up for myself, honestly, and the section on drawing animals in motion finally made running poses click for me. At 32 pages it's short, but the profile and scale tips are genuinely useful.
My 9-year-old has been glued to this since it arrived, and the section on getting animals in motion actually made sense to her. Only 32 pages, but it covers profile, body features and scale without ever feeling rushed.
