My daughter pulls three cards and suddenly the wolf is having tea with a mermaid — the locations and objects are what make it click for her. We've played every night this week and the stories get longer and more logical each time.
The mix of classic characters and random objects means my daughter creates a different story every single time, and it's honestly hilarious watching her logic jump around. The cards are sturdy enough for her to shuffle and rearrange them over and over without bending.
My kids keep rearranging Cinderella into the three bears' house and it never gets old — the mix-and-match setup really gets their brains working differently each time. The artwork by Lizzy Rockwell is charming enough that even I enjoy laying out a few cards with them.
