My 4-year-old actually sat through an entire game, which never happens. The counting aspect sneaks in the learning without feeling like a lesson, and sorting the plant cards kept her chatting the whole time.
The card categories are clearly labeled, so my kid can sort veggies from flowers without me hovering. It’s been two weeks and we’ve played every night—the patience and counting practice feels natural, not like homework. Even my four-year-old joins in without losing focus.
My five-year-old actually asks to play this instead of watching TV, and I’ve noticed his counting has gotten noticeably sharper after just a few rounds. The plant category cards make it easy for him to sort while we play, and the gentle pace keeps him focused without getting frustrated.
