Learn to Draw Magical Creatures

The step-by-step lessons are surprisingly forgiving, even for someone like me who's all thumbs with a pencil. I love that each creature comes with its own whimsical environment to sketch, and I've already worked through the first habitat section.

The habitat-based organization makes it so easy to jump right into drawing dragons or forest sprites. My ten-year-old has already filled three pages with surprisingly detailed creatures from the first section.

Bought this for my niece but ended up working through the whole forest section myself. Splitting the lessons by habitat makes it easy to jump around instead of grinding through cover to cover. The step-by-step breakdowns for the winged creatures actually made sense to my beginner hands.
