The illustrations are genuinely gorgeous—my five-year-old keeps stopping mid-game just to look at the card art. The bigger 3.25 x 4.5 size makes it easy for small hands to grab and match suits without any frustration. A new family favorite for sure.
The Chris Raschka illustrations on these are genuinely charming, and my kids keep picking them up just to look at the pictures. Being 3.25" x 4.5" they're a bit big for little hands, but the artwork is worth it.
The oversized cards are perfect for my five-year-old's small hands, and she can actually fan them out without dropping half the deck. Raschka's illustrations are charming enough that I don't mind playing Crazy Eights ten times in a row.
