We played this with our 7-year-old and my husband, and it only took about 20 minutes before someone completed their castle. Rolling for towers and rooves keeps everyone busy on each turn, so no one gets bored waiting. It's simple enough for kids but still fun for adults.

Sebastian ★★★★★

The artwork by Linda Bleck is gorgeous—my kids love picking out the different colored rooves and towers. It’s quick to learn but keeps everyone engaged for multiple rounds.

Andrew ★★★★★

My 7-year-old beats me at this more often than I'd like to admit, and the die rolls keep it from feeling too strategic for her. The Linda Bleck artwork is genuinely charming, each castle ends up looking different. We've played it four nights in a row already.
